NWOT Vintage 90s Mackintosh New England Cream and Green Rain Jacket 2 Pockets Waterproof Size M/L
New without tags - no sign of any use except for missing inner details tags. No stains, tears, wash, or wear visible.
Mackintosh is the gold standard in rain jackets - the name of their founder "Charles Macintosh" having been used as an eponym for waterproof outerwear since the mid-1800s.
In the 90s, similar jackets would sell for $200-400 dollars not adjusting for inflation. Today, similar Mackintosh jackets sell for $700 - $2,000.
Based on similar styles, the shell is likely their characteristic waterproof polycotton (waxed cotton) with a polyester lining.
The colors are a saturated spring shamrock green and neutral natural white (cream/tan) with silver hardware. Easy neutral inoffensive colors that won't look out of place no matter the decade.
