This skirt is like the old school preppy old money 80s - even though it was made with cheaper materials. It would fit in perfectly in movies like Pretty in Pink or Just One of the Guys - especially on one of the mean girl characters antagonizing the protagonist.
The colors are deep navy blue, basil green, soft goldenrod yellow, and soft-neutral white.
