Excellent used condition - missing the optional extra hook latch close at the top of the zipper.
The color is a cool, light icy blue-toned teal.
Valerie Stevens was a store brand of May Department Stores until the conglomerate was absorbed into Macy's in 2005 and is still carried there today. This "valerie dresses" is a vintage label from the line from at least the early 2000s but likely also mid to late 90s.
