The style of the cap and labeling is more from the 1950s, but the ACTWU wasn't officially merged until 1976, so I'm not sure exactly which decade to put it in. Except to say that it's at least 50 years old, and maybe much older depending on how early ACTWU branding was used prior to their merger.
